TSKS02 Telecommunication

This is a new course that replaces the existing courses TSDT03 Telecommunication methods and TSEI67 Telecommunication. The course contents is similar to that of those two. The difference is in the examination. This course has a written exam and laborations, where TSDT03 has only a wrtten exam, and where TSEI67 has a written exam, laborations and a laborative projekt.

TSKS02 Telecommunications is primarily an introduction to the telecommunication area. We treat simple channel models, modulation of both analog and digital information, pulse modulation methods, methods to correct errors and methods to pack data.

Course language will be English if there are students that need that, otherwise it will be given in Swedish.
