Lasse's main areas of interest, both within research and teaching, are signal processing and telecommunication.
He got his MSc and PhD degrees (the latter one in 1996) at Linköping University. The title of his PhD thesis is VLSI Architectures and Arithmetic Operations with Application to the Fermat Number Transform. Contact Lasse if you are interested in a printed copy of the thesis.

Lasse is also Director of Studies in Telecommunication which, among other things, means that he has an overall responsibility for the telecommunication relatade courses at the department. He is also involved in other undergraduate related assignments.
