Jonas Eriksson is since 2006 active as a research associate at the Communication Systems group at the Depertment of Electrical Engineering at Linköping University. He har got his M.Sc. degree in Applied Physics and Electrical Engineering from Linköping University in 1995 after which he worked as a systems engineer within the radar field at Saab Dynamics in Linköping. In 1999 Jonas returned to Linköpings University for PhD studies and got his PhD in Data transmission in 2006.
Teaching
The teaching part of Jonas' position is for the present occupied by him lecturing and examining the course
and serving as a teaching assistant in the coursesResearch
Jonas' present resaqrch interests is within the area of radio resource mangement, specifically scheduling strategies for OFDM systems. His previous work was within algebraic coding theory, with focus on list decoding of block codes. (You may try this brief introduction to that research area. It assumes some prior knowledge of coding theory.)
